Sand & Gravel Yard Calculator Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Sand & Gravel Yard Calculator does not require an account. It is a local-first app. Your calculations, projects, custom materials, locally saved prices, and app settings are stored locally on your device.

Sand & Gravel Yard Calculator does not send your locally saved calculations, projects, presets, or app settings to HearthMesa. Subscription-related information may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat to verify purchases, restore purchases, and manage Pro subscription status.

2. Data stored locally on your device

The following data is stored locally on your device. None of this data is transmitted to a HearthMesa server:

• Saved recent calculations
• Local projects and multi-area project totals
• Locally saved custom material densities and supplier prices
• App preferences and settings (e.g., default waste factor, haptic feedback)

If you delete the app, this locally stored data will be lost. There is no cloud sync and no custom HearthMesa backend.

3. Subscriptions

Pro features are an optional paid subscription or one-time purchase. Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store (iOS). HearthMesa does not handle payment card information directly.

The app uses RevenueCat to verify subscription entitlements. When you purchase or restore a purchase, RevenueCat communicates with Apple on your behalf to confirm your purchase status. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy .

4. No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no crash reporting

Sand & Gravel Yard Calculator contains no advertising. It does not use analytics services, usage tracking, or crash reporting services. No analytics SDK, tracking SDK, or crash reporting SDK is present in the app.

If you contact us at support@hearthmesa.com, we will receive the information you choose to share in that email. We use it only to respond to your request.

6. External links

The app contains links to this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use (EULA), RevenueCat's privacy policy, and other support or legal pages, which may open in your device's browser.

Sand & Gravel Yard Calculator does not add tracking parameters to these links and does not use an in-app tracking SDK for external link taps. External websites may process basic browser or server information according to their own privacy policies.

7. Children's privacy

Sand & Gravel Yard Calculator is not directed to children under 13. HearthMesa does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if features or third-party services change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
