1. Overview

HearthMesa builds focused utility apps for practical work. This website is a static information site. It has no accounts, no sign-in, and no contact forms. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us by email.

2. Website data

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, pages requested, and timestamps) to operate and protect the site. We do not use these logs to identify you.

3. Google user data

HearthMesa uses the Google Ads API to read keyword planning data (such as historical search volume, competition level, and bid ranges) for our own internal market research. Access is authorized through Google OAuth with an account we control.

We use this data only to evaluate demand for our own app ideas and keywords. We store it on our own computers and accounts. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to anyone except as required to comply with applicable law or to investigate abuse or security issues.

4. Email support

If you contact us at support@hearthmesa.com, we receive the information you choose to share in that email. We use it only to respond to your request. We do not add you to a mailing list.

5. Data retention

We keep support emails and internal research data only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, then delete them.

6. Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if our practices change. The updated date appears at the top of this page.
