Grease the Groove: GTG Coach Privacy Policy

1. Overview

GTG Coach does not require an account. It is designed as a local-first app: your practice plan, set log, reminders, and preferences are stored on your device.

HearthMesa does not receive the practice information that you save locally in GTG Coach. There is no custom HearthMesa backend or automatic cloud sync for core app data.

2. Data stored locally on your device

The following information may be stored locally on your device and is not sent to a HearthMesa server:

• Movement plans, clean-max values, targets, and cycle settings
• Logged sets, timed holds, daily volume, and adherence history
• Reminder schedules, rest days, and notification preferences
• App preferences and settings

If you delete the app, this locally stored information may be lost. Export and backup options, where available, are initiated by you through your device.

3. Notifications

If you allow notifications, GTG Coach uses them on your device to deliver the reminder schedule you configure. Notification scheduling happens locally and does not require HearthMesa to receive your practice activity.

4. Purchases

GTG Coach may offer optional Pro features. Purchases and subscription billing are processed by the Apple App Store. HearthMesa does not receive or handle your payment card information directly.

GTG Coach uses RevenueCat to verify purchase entitlements and restore eligible purchases. RevenueCat communicates with Apple to confirm your entitlement status. Read RevenueCat’s policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

5. No ads or behavioral tracking

GTG Coach does not include advertising or use your local practice data for behavioral advertising. The app is designed without a social feed, public profile, or required account.

6. Support

If you contact support@hearthmesa.com, we receive the information you choose to include in your message. We use that information only to respond to your request.

7. External links

The app may link to this Privacy Policy, Apple’s Terms of Use, and support resources. Those websites may process information according to their own privacy policies.

8. Children’s privacy

GTG Coach is not directed to children under 13. HearthMesa does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the app’s features or services change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
