WoodPro Privacy Policy

1. Overview

WoodPro does not require an account. It is a local-first app. All calculations and data are stored on your device. WoodPro does not send your calculation data to HearthMesa or any third party.

2. Data stored locally on your device

The following data is stored locally on your device using SQLite and AsyncStorage. None of this data is transmitted to a HearthMesa server:

• Calculation history (last 50 entries)
• Saved presets
• Projects and line items (Pro feature)
• Species price reference values (Pro feature)
• App preferences and settings

If you delete the app, this locally stored data will be lost. There is no cloud sync and no custom HearthMesa backend.

3. Subscriptions

WoodPro Pro is an optional paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). HearthMesa does not handle payment card information directly.

WoodPro uses RevenueCat to verify subscription entitlements. When you purchase or restore a subscription, RevenueCat communicates with Apple or Google on your behalf to confirm your subscription status. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy .

4. No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no crash reporting

WoodPro contains no advertising. It does not use analytics services, usage tracking, or crash reporting services. No analytics SDK, tracking SDK, or crash reporting SDK is present in the app.

5. App Store review prompt

WoodPro may ask you to rate the app after a successful calculation session. This uses the standard Apple or Google in-app review API. No data is sent to HearthMesa.

6. Support

If you contact us at support@hearthmesa.com, we will receive the information you choose to share in that email. We use it only to respond to your request.

7. External links

The app contains links to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, which open in your device's browser. No tracking occurs when you open these links.

8. Children's privacy

WoodPro is not directed to children under 13. HearthMesa does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if WoodPro features or third-party services change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
